Experience 23 years Sharad Poddar, Director Finance & HR, brings over 23 years of experience in the field of audit, tax and consultancy to Compare Infobase is a qualified chartered Accountant. He was associated with International clients in setting up the Information and Technology system for MIS reports before joining Compare Infobase and currently looks after all the Finance and HR related activities in Compare Infobase Ltd.

Education Graduated from College of Vocational Studies

Experience 20 years Manvinder Singh President MAPXL graduated from College of Vocational Studies in 1987 – 1990 brings over 20 years of experience. He is popularly known as Mani Singh, is a Board Director with the IMTA(Asia Pacific)and currently holds position of President, MapXL.He runs Mapsofworld.com, a website offering free to use maps, information, e-commerce & custom mapping services. He has done business in over 20 countries in North America, Europe, Asia & Australia. He is a social media enthusiast and an early adaptor of various social media platforms.

Usha V Sagar Vice President Operations

Education B.Com and a MBE graduate from Delhi University

Experience 21 years Usha V Sagar is a B.Com and a MBE graduate from Delhi University and is highly dedicated with strong interpersonal skills; She started her career as Economic Research Assistant in Birla Economic Research Foundation and has been associated with compare since its inception .She currently handles Mapsofindia.com and other network portals.

Deepak Gupta Senior Manager IT

Education M.Tech (IT), B.tech(Comp.Sc.)

Experience 17 years Deepak Gupta currently manages and maintain IT infrastructure in Compare Infobase Limited .He looks after all IT related issues, Software and hardware procurement and maintains and monitors all data 24*7.

Kaushik Pal Asst. Vice President Marketing

Experience 11 years Kaushik Pal, Asst. Vice President Marketing, at Compare Infobase Ltd., holds an MBA degree .He has been associated with the organization in Sales and Marketing profile for over a decade now. He is involved in Client Projects division and looks after pricing, special sales, online campaigns and all Marketing activities within the division. Over the period, he and his team have been able to generate commendable business from International and Domestic markets.

Neerja Bhaskar Senior Manager

Experience 14 years Neerja Bhaskar, a postgraduate in Business Management from JIMS holds 14+ years of work experience. She has been associated with Compare for 8 years and has handled business functions of the CEO’s office. She has served as a liaison with delegated authority between the CEO and the subordinates by relaying instructions and following up on commitments through to completion. Over the period of time she has graduated from the Executive Assistant’s role to the role of a Senior Manager for various Internal projects. Currently she handles the Social Media and PR activities.

Shilpa Shrivastva Manager Operations

Experience 10 years Swati Arora is working as Creative Head and believes in “Turning Passionate Ideas into Profitable Enterprises”. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in web-design, Information Architecture, Web-based interface design, print and new media – mobile. Prior joining to CIL, she was associated with WNS as Creative Lead. Her experience of more than 10 years with management skills helps in successful execution and implementation of innovative concepts and ideas across platforms.
